What’s this new feature?

Zapier is a web-based automation tool that connects web apps together. In this feature update, we’ll do the development work to add Propared to the Zapier family so that you can automate tasks and data-transfers between Propared and many of the applications you already use.

You’ll be able to…

  • Create/Update a Contact in Propared when it is Created/Updated in your address book.
  • Create a new Project in Propared from a Google Form.
  • Add a Propared Task to a specific Google calendar.
  • Send an email to a Project Manager when a new Project is created.
  • Send an email reminder when a due date is approaching.
  • Send a Slack notification when a Propared task is updated.
  • Send a Production Book URL via text message.
  • And thousands more!


A manager’s workflow is complicated. It’s impossible to do everything in a single application.

We built Propared to be very good at some very specific things. We want to make it as easy as possible to use other apps that are very good at all the other things you need to do.
