How We Handle Pricing

Propared is a flexible platform. So our pricing is as well. Just fill out the form below or chat with us, and we can give you an idea.

Base Program

Everyone starts with a base subscription including access for 2 users.

Additional Users

From there, you can add additional editing users (administrators and project manages) on an a la carte basis.

Additional Modules

As Propared grows we will be adding new sets of functionality on top of the base platform. But not everyone will need them, so we’re making them optional. Keep an eye out for more updates coming soon!

Common Pricing Questions

Who needs to be a paid user?

Users are only those who need to edit information. Your subscription will come with a certain number of users that act as slots, so you can swap people out throughout the year if needed.  Anyone that needs to simply view information does not need to be a user in the system!

Do you have Education or Non-Profit Pricing?

Absolutely! We work with organizations of all sizes to ensure that our pricing will work with your budget.

What are your payment terms?

All of them! Need a PO? Want to pay by check?  Credit card? Need us to become an approved vendor? Monthly or annual billing? Setup payments to align with your fiscal year? No problem. We’ll work it out.
